Day 1: NJP Rly. Stn. / IXB Airport – Gangtok

On arrival at NJP Railway Station, welcome to our representative and transfer to Gangtok. Check in to your hotel. Spend the remaining day at your leisure. Overnight stay at the hotel in Gangtok.

Day 2: Gangtok Trip to Tsomgo Lake + Baba Mandir

This morning, start for a half-day trip to Tsomgo Lake (12,400 ft), which is only 32 km from Gangtok city. The lake is almost 1 km long and 15 meters deep and is considered sacred by the local people. Further, drive 12 km to visit Baba Harbhajan Singh Mandir. In the evening, enjoy free time in Gangtok for shopping and personal activities. Overnight stay at the hotel in Gangtok.

In case of bad weather conditions, landslides, or political disturbances due to which Tsomgo Lake and Baba Mandir remain closed, alternate sightseeing will be provided.

Day 3: Gangtok Full-Day City Tour

This morning after breakfast, proceed for a full-day city tour covering Tashi View Point, Ganesh Tok, Hanuman Tok, the Flower Show, the Directorate of Handicrafts & Handloom (closed on Sunday), Do Drul Chorten, the Ropeway, Bakthang Waterfall, Ganju Lama Monastery, and Ban Jhakri Falls. The afternoon is free for shopping and leisure activities. Overnight stay at the hotel in Gangtok.

Day 4: Gangtok to Pelling Transfer

This morning after breakfast, transfer to Pelling. On arrival, check in to your hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel in Pelling.

Day 5: Pelling Sightseeing

After breakfast, proceed for local sightseeing covering Rimbi Waterfalls, Khangchendzonga Waterfalls, and Khecheopalri Lake. In the afternoon, visit Pemayangtse Monastery, Rabdentse Ruins, Rabdentse View Point, and the Helipad Ground. After sightseeing, return to the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel in Pelling.

Day 6: Pelling to Darjeeling Transfer

This morning after breakfast, transfer to Darjeeling. On arrival, check in to your hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel in Darjeeling.

Day 7: Darjeeling Local Sightseeing

Early in the morning at 4:00 AM, visit Tiger Hill to witness the sunrise over Mt. Kanchenjunga. On the way back, visit Ghoom Monastery and Batasia Loop. After breakfast, proceed for a half-day city tour covering the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park (closed on Thursday), Tenzing Rock, Tibetan Refugee Self Help Centre (closed on Sunday), Tea Garden (outer view), and the Japanese Peace Pagoda.

Overnight stay at the hotel in Darjeeling.

Day 8: Darjeeling to IXB / NJP Drop

After breakfast, transfer to Bagdogra Airport / NJP Railway Station for your onward journey.
