Terms and Conditions

1. Payment & Booking Policy

• Booking Advance: Participants must pay 30% of the total package cost as an advance to confirm the booking.
• Full Transport Payment: Once a booking is confirmed, the customer must pay the 100% full amount for all Train, Flight, or Bus tickets immediately to facilitate the booking.
• Remaining Balance: The remaining balance for the land package must be cleared at least 10 days prior to the trip departure date.

2. Updated Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Service Charge: A service charge of ₹1500 per person is strictly non-refundable from the total package cost under any circumstances.
• Refund Timeline: Refundable amounts (excluding service charges and non-refundable transport tickets) will be credited within 45 working days.

*Refund Terms:

As per the applicable cancellation slab, 30% of the refundable amount will be issued immediately as a Credit Note. The remaining eligible refund will be processed in cash within 45 working days.

4.International Cancellation policy

Non-Refundable Services

• International flight tickets may be non-refundable or subject to airline cancellation penalties as per airline rules.
• Visa processing fees, embassy charges, and service fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including visa rejection.
• Hotel bookings, cruise reservations, event tickets, and special promotional packages may be non-refundable depending on supplier policies.
• Travel insurance premiums are non-refundable once the policy has been issued.

Visa Rejection

• The Company shall not be responsible for any refund in the event of visa rejection, as visa approval is at the sole discretion of the respective embassy or consulate.
• Refunds, if any, shall be limited only to recoverable amounts from third-party suppliers after deduction of service charges.

5. Transport & Carrier Liability

• Ticket Bookings: If you book only flight or train tickets, the refundable amount will be credited as per the specific carrier’s policy (usually within 7 working days).
• Cancellations/Delays: Sawariya Holidays is not responsible for cancellations, delays, or rescheduling by airlines or railways. Any additional costs for new tickets or missed segments must be borne by the passenger.

4. Child Policy & Accommodation

• Children aged 6 to 10 years will be charged 50% of the package cost. This includes a seat in the vehicle and an extra mattress in the room.

5. Operational Rights & Discipline

• Itinerary Changes: In case of unforeseen conditions (weather, roadblocks, etc.), the schedule/itinerary can be modified or cancelled. The final decision is authorized by the Tour Leader.
• Conduct: If any participant misbehaves with the Leader or co-travelers, their participation will be terminated immediately. No further service, return tickets, or refunds will be offered.

6. Postponement & Amendments

• Postponement Charges: These are dynamic and range from 10% to 30% of the entire package cost, depending on the days left before travel.
• Surcharges: Peak season or long weekend surcharges are applicable and must be paid by the guest.

7.Important Travel disclosure

• Insurance: “We strongly recommend that all participants purchase comprehensive travel insurance. The company is not liable for any medical emergencies or accidents during the trip.”
• ​Force Majeure: “The company shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure results from ‘Acts of God’ (including fire, flood, earthquake, or other natural disasters), war, or government-imposed travel restrictions (e.g., Pandemics).”
• ​Health Declaration: “By booking, the participant confirms they are physically fit for the activities involved in the itinerary and have disclosed any pre-existing medical conditions.”
• ​Photography Rights: “The company reserves the right to use any photographs or videos taken during the trip for promotional or marketing purposes unless the guest explicitly requests otherwise in writing.”
